I was travelling to Melilla for one night. I booked an a nice size room with a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card. I liked the breakfast, the food was good. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was fantastic. No complaints whatsoever, I had a really great stay and would return here...
Although everything was perfectly fine, some of the staff were very unfriendly.

We had a great time. Excellent value and clean place. - the room was spacious with a balcony and a safe. - Pleasant view over the town. - the hotel was located in the city center. My friends and I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Anfora in Melilla. the place was clean and provided great value for the money. Our room was spacious and had both a balcony and a safe, making our stay convenient and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pleasant view of the town from our room. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city.

free internet access, good location, nice staff, good coffee in the cafeteria, nice view from the upper floors
staff speaks only Spanish, the extra service for washing clothes is too expensive at 3 Euro per piece and additional 3 Euro per piece for ironing, breakfast was poor

Nothing good about this hotel except the location.
Customer service, requested for a non smoking room but the floor in which we were given could smell smoke. We had an infant with us and the hotel is not infant friendly as in health wise.

Nice and cozy rooms that come with great wifi. the staff is super friendly and the location is awesome, especially being so close to all the restaurants around. Plus, it's right in the middle of everything. 🌟

The staff didn´t speak English, but were really nice and helpful and we worked it out somehow. The standard of the hotel is far from luxurious, but our rooms were big and with balconys facing the Old Town. The restaurant has a great view of Melilla, friendly staff, but poor food. Have a drink there and eat in the numerous great cafés and restaurants in the area. We had to postpone our arrival at some hours notice, but got an extra night for free. If I go back to Melilla, I´ll probably stay there again, as my over all experience was good. The location is very good. The Tourist information office just around the corner was a great asset, as I don´t speak any Spanish. We rented a car, and had no problems parking close to the hotel every day.
The food, but that was no problem as there are plenty of alternatives very close to the hotel.

Very clean--no bedspreads or carpets, comfortable beds, great shower, great location within walking distance of everything, nice view from restaurant, nice view from balcony (our room was on 4th floor), great value.
Breakfast was just bread, juice, and coffee. Wifi was on and off.

Rooms were clean, staff was helpful (though restaurant staff didn't speak english well, so it took a while to order dishes). Place is wonderful as well, the surroundings are calm and feel safe.
Breakfast is dosed (you can have one cup of tea/coffee + sandwich). It was far from enough for me. I usually expect buffet, but this wasn't the case. If not breakfast, everything would be excellent.
